Sohvi Viik-Kalluste
Sohvi Viik-Kalluste (born 1991) is an artist living in Tallinn. Sofa works in the mediums of photography, video, sound and installation. Both abstraction and collage can be found in his photographs. In his creation he focuses on the themes of memory, memories and the transience of time. How the photograph constructs our memories, or to some extent it begins to the image independently affects our imagination. Sohvi Viik-Kalluste graduated from the photography department of the Estonian Academy of Arts (EAA) in 2014 and her master's studies at the installation and sculpture department of the Estonian Academy of Arts in 2016. Sohvi has completed her education at the Bergen Academy of Arts in Norway. In addition to several solo exhibitions, he has also participated in many joint and group exhibitions.
